Get ready to move
New coastal activities in the Cotentin region

Adrenalin and emotions with Coasteering
A cousin of canyoning, coasteering originated in Ireland and combines swimming, climbing and coastal jumping. The Cotentin coastline, with its steep cliffs, is particularly well-suited to this thrilling sport. It can be practised from the age of 8, and involves climbing steep walls, jumping into water holes, exploring unsuspected caves and diving into invigorating streams! The Cotentin Rescue and Safety Education Association is developing this new activity, for example in Omonville-la-Rogue, Sciotot and Diélette.
