Ludiver (30 min)
A place of astronomical discovery with several different presentations taking you on a voyage around the stars and planets. The permanent exhibition is a fun and interactive tour of the universe and the astral bodies that make it up. The planetarium, is one of the three best artificial skies in France with over 7000 stars splashed across the celestial vault.

La maison de Jacques Prévert (35 min)
Home of the poet where he lived until his death in 1977. You can see the poet’s study just as it was. There are a video and a reading room. There is a new exhibition every year.

L’île de Tathiou (55 min)
Tatihou Island can be reached from Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue at high tide as well as at low tide aboard an amphibious boat. A bird’s paradise (ornithological reserve), Tatihou is well known for its garden, its maritime museum, its casemates and its Vauban tower, listed World Heritage by UNESCO (as is its continental twin in Saint-Vaast).For more informations : website
Mussé du débarquement de Utah beach (1 heure)
Created in 1962 at the place where US troops landed June 6, 1944, the Utah Beach museum pays tribute to all the men who risked or gave their lives for our freedom. Completely renovated, the museum is located on over 3000 m2 of exhibition space.
Airborne Museum Sainte Mère Eglise (40 min)
Live the Normandy Invasion! Board a plane c-47 and a glider WACO and take part in the battles for liberation. The Airborne Museum, situated in the square of Sainte-Mère-Eglise, facing the church where John Steele famously was caught, relates the heroic adventure of paratroopers of the 82nd and 101st Airborne Division.
